EPITERMA started its venture from a very humble beginning, motored by just a small team inside a small workshop. The team patiently, however aggressively hustled through any projects they could get their hands on. Not very short after, they finally reached the first break to entered overseas project, sending our craft and our people internationally and keeping every our clients with great experience.​

Our culture and values are the amalgamation of integrity, perseverance, and believe. We push through every projects with all means, almost obstinately get every tasks done and centered our focus on the goal. Furthermore, we put great trust on our people to face ever-changing challenges. The mentality of our people are those who can storm through any conditions, whether with our teams who are working behind a desk or those on sites trying to get the construction on time.​

We take great pride on being able successfully assist many of our people enhancing their mentality within themselves and facing multiple challenges.​
