Supply of Goods and Services

  1. The supply of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and consumables necessary for completion of the works within the specified time period and in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
  2. Supply and fabrication of all steel members including all end plates, cleat plates, stiffeners and the like as required for Ai?? Ai??completion of the Ai??works.
  3. Surface protection of all items supplied including all surface preparation, painting and galvanizing, etc as required.
  4. Testing as specified, including provision of records.
  5. Packing ready for transport including the provision of all required dunned strapping and the like and transported to the nominated consolidation point (FOB). Packing shall be suitable for transportation by sea and along rough roads in sea containers or on trucks (as per specification).

 

Manufactureai??i??s Data Report ai??i?? MDR

The Complete supply shall provide a Manufacturers Data Report following completion of the works. The MDR shall contain all relevant data including but not limited to the following items:

  • Material certificates
  • Welder & Welding procedures/specifications
  • NDT reports
  • Completed ITPai??i??s
  • Nonconformance reports
  • Reports of all tests and examinations performed on the components.
  • Drawing register.
